Responsibilities
- Directs and supervises enterprise technology infrastructure to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and optimal performance.
- Manages relationships with external vendors and outsourced partners to fulfill technology requirements across operations.
- Supports the creation and adoption of global IT standards across departments and systems.
- Oversees planning and deployment of engineering resources, project execution, maintenance agreements, and technology upgrades.
- Ensures implemented technology solutions satisfy business needs and comply with contractual commitments.
- Maintains current documentation and integrates continuous improvement practices into documentation workflows.
- Acts as the primary escalation point for resolving complex technical issues within the environment.
- Collaborates with enterprise technology leadership to align on strategic initiatives and project delivery.
- Serves as a liaison between business units and technology teams, fostering understanding of business challenges, goals, and technical strategies.
- Builds and sustains strong relationships with executives and stakeholders to guide engineering priorities.
- Implements and enforces company policies and operational practices effectively.
- Engages with team members in a transparent, respectful, and constructive manner.
- Demonstrates clear and effective written and verbal communication.

- Recommends hiring decisions for engineering positions.
- Determines when employee counseling or disciplinary action is necessary and advises on appropriate measures, including written warnings.
- Leads regular team meetings to deliver training, share updates, and resolve workplace concerns.
- Prepares performance reviews for team members.
- Identifies and recommends employees for advancement when opportunities arise.
- Tracks and evaluates the quality of work produced by the team.
- Keeps accurate records, logs, and documentation of completed tasks and project status.
- Oversees technology implementations and coordinates with executive-level contacts at vendor, contractor, and consulting firms.
