Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a distributed sales team focused on achieving revenue and pipeline goals through channel partnerships, implementing structured sales processes and performance tracking.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow distribution presence, particularly within major ecosystems, by onboarding new partners and aligning with distribution leaders on joint business objectives.
- Collaborate with cloud partners, distributors, and resellers to identify and accelerate new customer acquisition, ensuring effective co-selling and deal registration processes.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle for partner-driven opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting, CRM compliance, and alignment with technical and pricing teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on channel economics, providing insights to marketing, alliances, and strategy teams to refine partner programs and demand generation efforts.
