- Work closely with product development teams to inform innovation pipelines
- Track performance of insight initiatives using defined KPIs
- Conduct competitive benchmarking using syndicated and proprietary data
- Facilitate workshops to align teams around consumer-centric strategies
- Use statistical software to analyze large datasets
