About the Role

This role leads the development and execution of business intelligence strategies, overseeing reporting systems, mentoring analysts, and translating complex data into actionable insights to support company growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable reporting frameworks
  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of data dashboards
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify key performance metrics
  • Translate business needs into technical data requirements
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across platforms
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of analytics projects
  • Mentor and develop junior business intelligence team members
  • Establish best practices for data governance and documentation
  • Drive adoption of analytics tools across business units
  • Identify opportunities for automation in reporting workflows
  • Partner with data engineering to refine data models
  • Support strategic planning with ad hoc analysis and forecasting
  • Monitor evolving data needs across the organization
  • Lead root cause analysis for performance trends
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy standards
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align on KPIs
  • Evaluate new business intelligence technologies
  • Standardize metrics definitions across departments
  • Present insights to senior leadership
  • Maintain a roadmap for BI tool enhancements
