iHerb is hiring a Manager, APAC Social Media and Influencer Marketing (Korea)

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement regional social and influencer marketing strategies that support global brand and business goals
  • Design scalable systems that enhance brand value and deliver measurable performance across diverse APAC markets
  • Uncover expansion opportunities in both mature and developing markets such as Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia
  • Oversee external social media and influencer agencies across multiple APAC regions to ensure strategic alignment and high-quality delivery
  • Set clear KPIs, performance benchmarks, and reporting protocols for agency partners
  • Conduct routine performance evaluations and business reviews to improve ROI and advance agency relationships toward strategic collaboration
  • Balance strong local adaptation with consistent global brand standards
  • Develop and manage tiered influencer strategies—macro, mid-tier, micro, and affiliate—based on regional market dynamics and development stage
  • Lead high-impact campaign execution, compelling content creation, and audience engagement
  • Monitor emerging trends in creator culture, platforms, and partnership formats to drive continuous innovation
  • Foster sustainable, long-term influencer ecosystems instead of isolated campaigns
  • Define performance indicators and refine campaigns using data-driven insights
  • Convert analytical findings into strategic recommendations for budget planning and optimization
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing and E-commerce teams to link influencer efforts to revenue results
  • Work closely with Marketing, Creative, and Global Brand teams to enable cohesive campaign rollouts
  • Act as the regional expert for social media and influencer marketing across APAC
  • Ensure regional strategies are effectively translated into locally relevant execution
