Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 5–15+ all-source investigators through regular 1:1s, performance feedback, and career growth planning.
- Translate strategic priorities from leadership into actionable investigator workflows and escalate issues beyond team scope.
- Support individual team members’ development by aligning opportunities with personal growth goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end operational flow from legal process intake to fused on-chain/off-chain intelligence and target development at scale.
- Remove obstacles, manage workload surges sustainably, and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
- Serve as the final quality control for all target packages, attribution reports, and legal process outcomes to ensure they are defensible and actionable.
- Collaborate with recruiters, conduct structured interviews, and manage full-cycle onboarding for new hires.
- Justify and prepare headcount proposals when team capacity needs expansion due to volume or automation changes.
- Coordinate with engineering, legal, and external partners on tooling, legal procedures, time-sensitive leads, prosecutions, and joint disruption efforts.
- Lead by example—stay engaged with frontline work to review, unblock, and assist during critical surges without maintaining a personal caseload.
