Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and manage a results-driven team focused on generating revenue via agent and affiliate channels.
- Deliver ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance oversight to meet pipeline and revenue goals.
- Design and implement standardized sales methodologies, KPIs, and operational cadences to maintain forecasting precision and pipeline integrity.
- Collaborate with senior sales leaders to shape territory plans, set quotas, and define partner coverage models that enable sustainable growth.
- Lead the development and execution of strategy to strengthen presence and influence within the agent and affiliate network.
- Source, engage, and integrate new agents and affiliates to broaden market reach and customer acquisition.
- Create repeatable frameworks for partner onboarding, enablement, and sales engagement to generate reliable partner-led pipeline.
- Acquire new customers by activating partner ecosystems to identify and accelerate sales opportunities.
- Manage joint account planning, deal registration, and collaborative selling workflows across indirect channels.
- Ensure team expertise in partner incentives, program structures, and customer environments to optimize co-sell effectiveness.
- Oversee end-to-end sales cycles driven by partners, from initial qualification to deal closure.
- Guide the team in clearly articulating the business value and long-term benefits of Cloud Intelligence solutions.
- Work with Deal Desk, technical sales, and regional leaders to design competitive pricing and deal structures.
- Maintain rigorous forecasting accuracy and CRM data integrity for all partner-originated opportunities.
- Act as the internal authority on agent and affiliate sales models and partner economics.
- Share regular insights with Alliances, Marketing, and GTM Strategy teams on partner performance and market trends.
- Collaborate with Marketing to build targeted campaigns, events, and demand programs for partners.
- Partner with Alliances leadership to create scalable co-selling models and documented sales playbooks.
