WPP Media is hiring a Manager Affiliate

Responsibilities

  • Develop full-funnel affiliate strategies aligned with client business objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities across publishers, networks, influencers, and commerce platforms.
  • Build annual and quarterly affiliate roadmaps with clear KPIs (ROI, ROAS, CPA, revenue contribution).
  • Align affiliate strategy with Paid Media, Social, Search, Programmatic, and Commerce teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate networks and direct publishers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, tenancy placements, and exclusive deals.
  • Identify, onboard, and activate new high-performing partners.
  • Manage performance tracking, attribution alignment, and compliance monitoring.
  • Monitor daily/weekly performance and optimize toward revenue and efficiency targets.
  • Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Conduct A/B testing on commission models, creatives, placements, and landing pages.
  • Ensure accurate tracking implementation and resolve discrepancies.
  • Act as the main affiliate lead in client meetings and QBRs.
  • Present performance analysis, growth opportunities, and investment recommendations.
  • Build strong client trust through strategic thinking and commercial understanding.
  • Translate complex data into clear business storytelling.
  • Manage and mentor Executives/Senior Executives in affiliate operations.
  • Ensure team productivity, clear workload distribution, and professional development.
  • Establish best practices and SOPs for affiliate processes.
  • Identify upselling opportunities across affiliate and performance channels.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and performance strategy proposals.
  • Support revenue forecasting and profitability management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
  • 4–6+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Familiar with tracking tools, attribution models, and performance dashboards.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in advertising/media agency environment is highly preferred.
