Responsibilities
- Develop full-funnel affiliate strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities across publishers, networks, influencers, and commerce platforms.
- Build annual and quarterly affiliate roadmaps with clear KPIs (ROI, ROAS, CPA, revenue contribution).
- Align affiliate strategy with Paid Media, Social, Search, Programmatic, and Commerce teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate networks and direct publishers.
- Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, tenancy placements, and exclusive deals.
- Identify, onboard, and activate new high-performing partners.
- Manage performance tracking, attribution alignment, and compliance monitoring.
- Monitor daily/weekly performance and optimize toward revenue and efficiency targets.
- Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
- Conduct A/B testing on commission models, creatives, placements, and landing pages.
- Ensure accurate tracking implementation and resolve discrepancies.
- Act as the main affiliate lead in client meetings and QBRs.
- Present performance analysis, growth opportunities, and investment recommendations.
- Build strong client trust through strategic thinking and commercial understanding.
- Translate complex data into clear business storytelling.
- Manage and mentor Executives/Senior Executives in affiliate operations.
- Ensure team productivity, clear workload distribution, and professional development.
- Establish best practices and SOPs for affiliate processes.
- Identify upselling opportunities across affiliate and performance channels.
- Contribute to new business pitches and performance strategy proposals.
- Support revenue forecasting and profitability management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
- 4–6+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing.
- Strong understanding of affiliate platforms
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Familiar with tracking tools, attribution models, and performance dashboards.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in advertising/media agency environment is highly preferred.
