Responsibilities
- Create and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business unit, sales, and regional marketing objectives
- Design impactful industry-specific campaigns that drive demand and are adapted locally, with post-campaign performance evaluation
- Drive lead generation and qualification through coordinated campaigns with field marketing and key account leaders
- Execute multi-channel marketing initiatives including virtual and in-person events, webinars, digital outreach, and partner-led activities
- Initiate and manage targeted account-based marketing efforts in collaboration with sales and field teams
- Coordinate industry events, trade shows, and external content production in partnership with regional and sales teams
- Oversee a global PR strategy focused on English-language media, thought leadership, customer success stories, and analyst engagement
- Develop brand-building initiatives to strengthen market presence and industry positioning
- Provide leadership with insights on market trends, sales pipeline, and competitive intelligence using CRM data
- Analyze win/loss patterns and communicate findings to inform sales and marketing adjustments
- Manage budget planning, forecasting, and performance reporting for the aerospace and defense marketing function
- Lead and develop a team of industry marketing specialists, setting goals and ensuring high performance
- Ensure alignment between corporate marketing and regional execution in campaign deployment
- Support sales enablement through timely and relevant marketing content and tools
- Monitor and report on marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness metrics
- Foster collaboration between pre-sales, sales, and marketing to optimize go-to-market success
- Guide content localization efforts to maintain message integrity across regions
- Oversee production of marketing assets for events and digital channels
- Maintain consistent messaging in global communications and media outreach
- Evaluate partner marketing opportunities to expand market reach
