Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize advanced reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to meet internal and client requirements.
- Conduct in-depth data work to uncover trends, patterns, and insights, supporting strategic decision-making.
- Manage and execute data projects, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and clarity in data outputs.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and client teams to understand needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Perform data audits, validation, and quality control tasks to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
- Provide thoughtful feedback on tools and recommend improvements to enhance usability and user experience.
- Communicate insights, project statuses, and recommendations clearly and professionally to international clients and teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or similar roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and GraphQL; experience with data querying, manipulation, and database management.
- Demonstrated ability in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- English proficiency (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly and considerately across diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for complex data analysis and manipulation.
