Responsibilities
- Follow all applicable safety protocols, USDA guidelines, HACCP procedures, and facility-specific policies.
- Build, service, and test mechanical systems, machines, and components.
- Determine which equipment or parts require repair or replacement.
- Apply mathematical calculations commonly used in shop environments to complete work assignments.
- Read and interpret technical schematics and equipment drawings to support maintenance and repairs.
- Respond promptly to production team requests when equipment malfunctions occur.
- Collaborate with production supervisors and staff to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
- Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
- Complete assigned duties accurately and efficiently, managing time and resources responsibly.
- Perform additional related tasks as needed to support production requirements, including those specified by clients.

Starting Pay $21.50, FLSA STATUS: HOURLY
