Responsibilities
- Ensure the continuous availability of technical systems and utilities required for operations.
- Develop and update the preventive maintenance programme in collaboration with M&I.
- Inspect operating machines and equipment to verify compliance with operational standards.
- Identify the appropriate tools, parts and equipment required to perform maintenance tasks.
- Read, understand and interpret diagrams and technical specifications, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and compressed air.
- Recommend and implement measures to improve maintenance methods, equipment performance and service quality.
- Perform maintenance routines and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Assemble, install and support equipment in buildings and laboratories to meet operational needs.
- Provide immediate support in the event of breakdowns.
