Responsibilities
- Installs and services production machinery and plant equipment with diverse technical requirements.
- Quickly addresses mechanical and maintenance issues to avoid delays in production timelines.
- Adheres strictly to lock-out and tag-out protocols for equipment safety.
- Repairs conveyor belts and performs minor equipment fixes as needed.
- Replaces worn or damaged machine components efficiently.
- Maintains accurate records of all maintenance activities.
- Documents completed work using proper tracking systems and forms.
- Updates historical logs detailing equipment service and repair history.
- Completes all required maintenance documentation accurately and on time.
- Follows company policies on good manufacturing practices (GMP).
- Complies with established safety regulations and procedures.
- Keeps assigned workspaces clean and organized.
- May be assigned additional tasks as necessary by supervisors.
