Responsibilities
- Lead daily inspections of office spaces to identify and resolve issues affecting cleanliness, safety, and operations.
- Use a ticketing system to track, manage, and resolve service requests efficiently.
- Maintain the condition, order, and functionality of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff on routine upkeep, including hardware tightening and minor repairs to walls or carpets; assist in reporting issues needing external support.
- Oversee mailroom functions, including receiving, organizing, and distributing incoming deliveries, and managing related logistics.
- Handle requests for furniture, such as file cabinets and standing desk converters, from submission to fulfillment.
- Procure, monitor, and assemble furniture as required by teams or individuals.
- Act as primary liaison for towel service and furniture suppliers.
- Monitor vendor performance, report recurring problems, and communicate needs to management for timely resolution.
- Assist with setting up spaces for events, ensuring common areas are ready for meetings and gatherings.
