Requirements
- Proficiency in developing and supporting mainframe systems with COBOL, Easytrieve, JCL, and DB2
- Experience implementing and managing secure file transfers in batch processing workflows
- Skill in diagnosing and resolving issues within mainframe applications
- Understanding of software quality assurance practices and testing methods across the full development lifecycle
- Familiarity with mainframe environments including TSO/ISPF, Z/OS, and PARMLIB setup
- Ability to independently manage time, tasks, and project milestones
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
