Requirements

  • Entry-level experience with mainframe systems
  • Proficiency in basic PC operations
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Customer service orientation
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Hands-on experience in data communication systems, including setup, operation, maintenance, or data processing in a data processing setting
