Medline Industries, LP is hiring a Machine Operator II

Medline Industries, LP is hiring a Machine Operator II to play a key role on our production team. Under supervision, you will operate equipment to ensure proper function, safety, and product output, coordinating with teammates to meet quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor production machines, addressing any stoppages or issues.
• Set up, start up, shut down, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Perform routine clean-up, minor maintenance, and regularly clean equipment and production areas.
• Pack finished goods, handle materials, and operate boxing lines.
• Manage pallets and prepare product for transfer and/or final processing.
• Complete required paperwork and reports accurately and on time.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy, adjusting processes to maintain standards.
• Ensure material availability and support team needs.
• Meet company standards for accuracy, performance, and attendance.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Assist with other tasks and projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to operate production equipment following instructions.
• Experience with machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail for quality inspection and accurate paperwork.
• Reliability in meeting performance and attendance standards.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and company policies.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
