Medline Industries, LP is hiring a Machine Operator II to play a key role on our production team. Under supervision, you will operate equipment to ensure proper function, safety, and product output, coordinating with teammates to meet quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor production machines, addressing any stoppages or issues.
- Set up, start up, shut down, and troubleshoot equipment.
- Perform routine clean-up, minor maintenance, and regularly clean equipment and production areas.
- Pack finished goods, handle materials, and operate boxing lines.
- Manage pallets and prepare product for transfer and/or final processing.
- Complete required paperwork and reports accurately and on time.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy, adjusting processes to maintain standards.
- Ensure material availability and support team needs.
- Meet company standards for accuracy, performance, and attendance.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Assist with other tasks and projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to operate production equipment following instructions.
- Experience with machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail for quality inspection and accurate paperwork.
- Reliability in meeting performance and attendance standards.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and company policies.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
