About the Role
This role offers the chance to lead foundational engineering efforts within a small, high-performing team during a critical growth phase. You will collaborate with experts across disciplines to build robust, clinical-grade tools from research algorithms, contributing directly to real-world medical applications.
Responsibilities
- Create and deploy sophisticated deep-learning models to derive meaningful insights from histological image data
- Partner with engineers, clinical specialists, and product teams to identify data-driven opportunities and develop interpretable solutions for medical challenges
- Build and manage scalable data infrastructure and pipelines to support data science initiatives
- Oversee integration of product, regulatory, clinical, and software requirements to transition research models into deployable clinical tools
- Present findings and technical insights to stakeholders, decision-makers, and the scientific community through publications and conference submissions
- Maintain current knowledge of advancements in machine learning, medical imaging, and data science methodologies
