Responsibilities
- Design and advance novel machine learning architectures, such as flow matching, diffusion models, and geometric deep learning, optimized for biological and chemical problems.
- Develop and manage scalable ML infrastructure to handle large-scale datasets using high-performance computing systems.
- Collaborate with drug discovery teams to validate and interpret model outputs, ensuring biological relevance and practical utility.
- Disseminate research through publications in leading scientific forums and engage with the research community.
