Responsibilities
- Work on shaping the MLOps strategy for cloud infrastructure, ensuring it supports business goals, security standards, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the technical architecture of an MLOps platform that enables self-service solutions for data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Create and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for MLOps workflows and system infrastructure.
- Design and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate cloud resource provisioning and operations.
- Enforce strong security protocols to safeguard sensitive data, machine learning models, and related artifacts.
- Build new features while maintaining critical non-functional aspects of the model development pipeline, especially reproducibility.
- Develop monitoring dashboards and alerting systems to detect and resolve platform issues proactively.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable MLOps solutions.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Keep current with evolving MLOps tools and methodologies, integrating relevant innovations into workflows.
- Engage in code reviews and help establish and refine engineering best practices.
