- Monitor & Optimize ML Models: Build and maintain systems to track model performance and output quality.
- Automate & Scale: Simplify and automate workflows around data pipelines and model serving.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with data scientists, engineers, analysts, and product teams in global cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot & Improve: Deep-dive into ML systems to identify issues, implement quick fixes, and propose long-term solutions.
- Champion Best Practices: Promote code quality, monitoring standards, and MLOps excellence across teams.
- Share & Grow: Contribute to internal Communities of Practice and take advantage of training, mentorship, and cross-functional projects.
