About the Role
We are seeking experienced machine learning engineers based in the EU or UK to improve the precision, depth, and practical applicability of AI-generated responses in engineering domains. This role supports next-generation AI development by grounding outputs in authentic professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Assess and enhance AI-generated content focused on machine learning, model creation, deployment, and engineering practices
- Judge AI responses for technical correctness, feasibility, and alignment with real-world engineering standards
- Develop practical machine learning scenarios drawn from personal industry experience
- Generate alternative versions of scenarios reflecting viewpoints such as engineer, product manager, client, or stakeholder
- Detect missing elements, flawed logic, or inaccuracies in AI-produced engineering material

In simple terms
You will review and refine AI-generated technical content to ensure it accurately represents real ML engineering logic, documentation practices, and operational workflows. Instead of executing engineering projects directly, you'll use your expertise to train AI systems to reason correctly about machine learning processes at scale.

After your profile is approved, you may be matched to relevant projects as they emerge—this could happen quickly or take several months, depending on lab needs.
