Responsibilities
- Develop and refine machine learning models to improve platform capabilities by translating business metrics into technical solutions and building scalable feature pipelines.
- Create and implement agentic architectures that support tool integration, function execution, and multi-agent coordination to enable dependable planning processes.
- Operate machine learning models in live environments with a focus on efficiency, optimizing inference speed and cost using techniques like batching, caching, and model quantization.
- Establish comprehensive evaluation frameworks, including automated regression testing and LLM-based assessment, to track performance and ensure quality over time.
- Partner with research and engineering teams to evolve experimental models into stable, monitored, and maintainable production systems.
