What You'll Do
Support the end-to-end M&A process, from identifying potential targets to closing transactions. You'll help prepare due diligence materials, draft transaction documents, and coordinate key steps in the acquisition lifecycle. After deals close, you'll lead integration initiatives to align new businesses with corporate operations and strategic goals.
Collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership teams to ensure seamless transitions. Analyze financial performance data to uncover operational efficiencies and growth potential. Track integration progress using key performance indicators and deliver regular updates to stakeholders.
Provide actionable insights on commercial opportunities and business optimization during and after integration. Your contributions will directly influence strategic decisions around future acquisitions and organizational development.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- Bring 3–4 years of professional experience in finance, business management, or a comparable field
- Demonstrate strong analytical abilities, particularly in interpreting financial statements and business metrics
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, in English
- Exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills in complex, fast-moving environments
- Work independently while also contributing effectively within team settings
- Be comfortable traveling up to 50% of the time, mainly across Europe with occasional international trips
Work Mode
This is a hybrid role with a significant travel component. You'll split time between office and on-site locations, supporting integration efforts across European markets and other international regions as needed.
