Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 platforms within hybrid setups combining on-premises and cloud resources
- Assist in transitioning from Office 365 to Microsoft 365, covering identity alignment, policy updates, security baselines, and post-migration stability
- Maintain and enhance hybrid identity solutions integrating on-prem Active Directory with Entra ID, including authentication and authorization frameworks
- Leverage Entra ID P2 features for identity and access management, including Conditional Access, multi-factor authentication, and Identity Protection
- Manage privileged identities using Just-in-Time and time-bound access controls
- Support identity lifecycle governance through regular access reviews and permission audits
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Defender for endpoints, including policy setup, system hardening, initial incident analysis, and reporting
- Administer Intune for endpoint management: device enrollment, configuration policies, compliance rules, and application deployment
- Implement data protection strategies using sensitivity labels, Data Loss Prevention policies, and foundational governance documentation
- Manage on-premises Windows Server environments with focus on patching, operational standards, issue resolution, and system stability
- Operate and support on-prem Active Directory, including group management, permissions, Group Policy Objects, and health monitoring
- Troubleshoot and maintain Distributed File System (DFS) infrastructure, ensuring data consistency, availability, and supporting migration efforts
- Support JIRA setup and customization, including project structures, access controls, queues, and workflows in coordination with endpoint teams
- Design and improve IT operational and ITSM processes such as incident, service request, and change management, with attention to SLAs and reporting
- Contribute to NIS2 compliance initiatives by implementing technical safeguards, closing security gaps, and preparing audit documentation
- Produce technical documentation, share knowledge, and collaborate with IT operations, security, and business stakeholders
