Responsibilities
- Follows company Quality Management System guidelines, including adherence to ISO 9001 and ISO 17100 standards.
- Performs timely, accurate reconciliation and editing of harmonized and back-translated content.
- Acts as lead manager on initiatives involving several project managers.
- Organizes and conducts debriefing interviews with interviewers and recruiters, evaluates outcomes, and suggests process improvements.
- Collaborates with translators, research experts, in-country reviewers, and client representatives as required.
- Offers guidance and training to junior project managers under supervision from higher-level management.
- Works with cross-functional teams to support smooth operational workflows.
- Keeps detailed, current records in spreadsheets and documents to track LV project statuses and ensure easy access to information.
