Responsibilities
- Maintain company standards, operational procedures, and a commitment to outstanding customer service
- Build strong, positive relationships with residents and guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage daily leasing operations in alignment with organizational policies and service benchmarks
- Coordinate and oversee the onboarding experience for new residents and visitors
- Support office administration and routine clerical functions
- Accurately record and update information for prospective, current, and visiting residents in property management systems
- Perform daily opening and closing protocols for the leasing office
- Process lease applications, verify applicant details, and communicate outcomes to candidates
- Report maintenance or cleaning needs to the appropriate team members promptly
- Organize and securely maintain all required documentation
- Serve as a point of contact for residents and guests, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns
- Promote available units and lead property tours as part of marketing initiatives
- Keep the unit availability list and lease expiration schedule current and accurate
- Conduct market research and compile competitive analysis data
- Generate regular reports on leasing activity and market trends for leadership review
- Ensure timely follow-up with all qualified leads within one business day
- Collaborate with marketing to plan resident events and communications
- Process rental payments, security deposits, and other fees in accordance with policy
- Comply with all applicable local, city, and federal laws and regulations
- Adhere to Fair Housing laws and other legal requirements governing property operations
- Support market surveys and visits to competing properties for benchmarking
- Carry out additional tasks and assignments as required
