Responsibilities
- Oversees packaging, labeling, and shipment of components to designated BAN sites.
- Manages contractor-led receiving and acceptance processes at CACI, intermediary, and USG facilities, including warehouse operations.
- Handles procurement for all supplies and materials in response to purchasing requests.
- Coordinates logistics activities such as warehousing, transportation, shipping, tracking, delivery, and staging of equipment to installation sites.
- Prepares and reviews logistics documentation, including customs paperwork for international shipments.
- Provides technical logistics support for creating, evaluating, and updating engineering and technical documents to ensure timely system deployment.
- Oversees logistics functions including inventory control, serial number tracking, material distribution, and configuration management.
- Creates and maintains key logistics plans including the Material Fielding Plan, Material Fielding Schedule, and IUID Plan.
- Coordinates the deployment of implementation teams and associated equipment to project sites.
- Analyzes performance outcomes and suggests significant adjustments to improve near-term project success.
