Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end client experience for Managed Services, acting as primary contact and escalation point for critical or sensitive issues.
  • Provide technical leadership to team members in coordination with supervisors, especially during incident, problem, change, or release management activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to oversee client networks, resolve support tickets, and implement configuration changes to meet client needs.
  • Manage and resolve high-priority Severity 1 and Severity 2 incidents across private and public sector networks, including commercial and global enterprise environments.
  • Execute ArcSight installations, deployments, and upgrades in large-scale enterprise settings.
  • Maintain and update ArcSight Connectors, ArcMC, Loggers, and ESM components.
  • Monitor the health and performance of ArcSight Connectors, ArcSight Express, ArcMC, Loggers, and ESM systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve ArcSight data feed problems, and configure new data feeds as required.
  • Build and deploy ArcSight Connectors using Jumpbox Servers during client onboarding phases.
  • Serve as escalation resource for major incidents: own P1 cases, qualify P2 escalations, trigger alerts for unresolved P3 within 60 minutes, support reactive problem management, and assist in planning and implementing standard changes and releases.
  • Coordinate technical efforts of engineering teams delivering services within a specialized technology support unit.
  • Take ownership of technical cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring clear communication with peers and client personnel throughout.
  • Track and document technical actions thoroughly, maintaining case notes, technical tips, and white papers to support knowledge sharing and client satisfaction.
  • Deliver high-level technical support across all client tiers, resolving complex issues and advising on preventive measures.
  • Define approaches and procedures for resolving intricate technical challenges involving routing, switching, security, wireless, voice, and data center infrastructure.
  • Act as a point of escalation during high-pressure, high-impact service engagements.
  • Conduct in-depth technical diagnostics and implement effective solutions in complex environments using advanced monitoring and debugging tools.
  • Apply advanced technical principles and concepts to supported technologies and contribute to internal standards and delivery documentation.
  • Develop strategic and technical action plans to ensure comprehensive client satisfaction for managed service concerns.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and new product launches to support them effectively upon market release.
  • Support deployment teams with technical expertise when requested.
  • Ensure 24/7/365 coverage for engineering specialty by participating in on-call rotations.
  • Represent the organization professionally to clients and contribute to business development initiatives.

Job Description: The role is responsible for providing a professional second-line technical support service to clients by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems. Through preemptive service incident and resolution activities, this role will restore service to clients by managing incidents and seeing them through to an effective resolution. The role is responsible for managing incidents of medium complexity. Key Responsibilities:Provide remote technical support to clients. Identify root cause of incidents. Ensure resolution of incidents and service requests. Participate in performance reviews, identify causes of performance shortcomings and provide suggestions for improvement. Review the recurring or high impact incidents and manage them through problem management process. Qualifications: 2+ years experience required in network security administration or support Experience supporting clients with any of the following technologies: Checkpoint, Juniper, RSA Security, Cisco, F5Proficiency in English & Czech is required Any certifications in the abovementioned technologies would be advantageous Additional Information: Core business hours will run between 6am – 6pm, you will be required to work an 8 hour shift scheduled during these operating hours.
