Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development and publishing teams to oversee the full localization lifecycle for designated projects.
- Direct both internal and external localization teams to meet schedules, deadlines, and budget requirements for assigned titles.
- Advocate for international versions of games to maintain studio focus and support synchronized global launch dates.
- Ensure all development teams are aware of international requirements at the start of each project.
- Plan and monitor game development activities from an international standpoint, identifying potential issues early and resolving them proactively.
- Communicate project risks clearly and implement backup strategies when necessary.
- Partner with QA teams to submit builds on time and at the required quality level for approval.
- Maintain strong communication with platform holders when applicable and stay updated on their latest requirements.
- Coordinate with marketing and public relations to align promotional language with in-game content.
- Be available for domestic and international travel as needed.
- Support global publishing teams with quality assurance and milestone evaluations when required.
