Pavago is hiring a Local SEO Specialist to lead local search visibility for our clients in the home service sector. In this role, you will architect and execute location-specific strategies, managing a portfolio of 20–40 client accounts concurrently to deliver measurable results.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement location-specific SEO plans for B2B and B2C clients, primarily in industries like roofing and construction.
- Manage 20–40 client accounts concurrently, maintaining high standards of performance and communication.
- Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles using tools like Local Brand Manager and Sprout.
- Conduct comprehensive technical, local, and on-page SEO audits with platforms like SEMrush, BrightLocal, and Ahrefs.
- Manage citation and directory listings to ensure consistent NAP (name, address, phone number) data.
- Perform targeted keyword research and content optimization for local ranking relevance.
- Create and deliver detailed performance reports tracking local search rankings, GBP interactions, traffic, and lead generation.
- Coordinate tasks and track deadlines using Monday.com.
- Collaborate with internal content, design, and technical teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Stay current with SEO trends and algorithm updates to proactively adjust client strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years of dedicated Local SEO experience within a digital marketing agency.
- Hands-on experience managing a high-volume portfolio of 20–40 active accounts regularly.
- Proven success driving results for clients in the home services industry, such as roofing, construction, or HVAC.
- Strong, practical experience optimizing Google Business Profiles.
- Skilled in using industry tools including Local Brand Manager, Sprout, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and BrightLocal.
- Proficient with project management software like Monday.com.
- Deep understanding of citation management, NAP consistency, and local link building.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, high-accountability environment.
