Responsibilities
- Identify and engage top local customers to serve as foundational partners in hosting events that draw in potential clients and influential figures within the industry.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key external contacts, including prospective clients, industry leaders, and local organizations such as trade groups.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate locally-driven events ranging from casual daytime meetups to exclusive evening gatherings hosted at customer locations to foster community engagement.
- Produce authentic, on-the-spot customer content using mobile devices, collaborating with social media teams to create shareable video clips and sales-ready success stories.
- Supply up-to-date, locally-sourced insights and narratives to keep field sales teams equipped with relevant, compelling materials.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, account management, product marketing, content, social media, and partnership teams to align local initiatives with broader regional goals.
