Requirements
- One year of Class A commercial driving experience within the last three years
- Minimum age of 23 years
- Valid commercial motor vehicle operator's license
- Passing a DOT physical exam administered by a nationally registered and approved medical provider
- No history of disqualification from operating a commercial vehicle
- Completion and passing of a DOT-compliant road skills test
- PSP report score of 10 or lower in the past three years; higher scores may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- No more than two moving violations recorded in the past three years
- Fluent reading, writing, and speaking ability in English
Nice to Have
- Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, over-the-road (OTR) driving, or handling trucks and trailers with a CDL Class A license

- Capable of performing duties in extreme environmental conditions such as heat, cold, wind, and airborne particulates
