JustPlay is hiring a LiveOps Manager to drive player excitement and retention across our ecosystem of casual games. You'll own the LiveOps roadmap for our loyalty platform, crafting data-driven campaigns, events, and challenges that captivate players and maximize engagement.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute engaging in-app events, promotions, and updates to increase player activity.
- Conduct experiments to test ideas and refine strategies based on results.
- Optimize LiveOps operations for seamless and timely updates.
- Monitor event performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Maintain an events calendar and collaborate with marketing, analytics, and development teams.
- Identify and mitigate potential operational risks in LiveOps delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends to keep our platform competitive and innovative.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2+ years of proven experience in live game operations, events, and sales strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with experience designing impactful campaigns.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical skills and experience in event optimization and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills for clear idea articulation and cross-team collaboration.

- Experience preferably in mobile games or loyalty platforms.
