Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate live haul trucks.
- Perform regular equipment inspections in accordance with company standards and notify supervisors of any issues.
- Drive in a way that preserves the quality and condition of transported livestock.
- Exchange clear written and verbal information with coworkers, maintenance personnel, farmers, and supervisors about farm status and related matters.
- Keep vehicles and workspaces clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Collect each assigned flock according to schedule and direction.
- Adhere to established cleaning routines, using correct methods and required personal protective equipment.
- Promote a respectful and collaborative workplace through open communication and team cooperation.
- Complete additional tasks as needed or assigned by management.
