Responsibilities
- Develops and manages litigation databases within the SEC's Casepoint environment.
- Provides training to legal staff and support personnel on SEC-approved software and platforms.
- Supports the preparation of trial exhibits and related documentation as needed.
- Evaluates user needs for documents and data, converting them into actionable specifications for data processing and e-discovery teams.
- Examines electronic media to assess content and determine optimal processing methods.
- Assists in creating and refining workflows and procedural documentation.
- Ensures proper handling and tracking of evidentiary materials to preserve chain of custody.
- Conducts reviews and audits of incoming document productions to the SEC and outgoing productions shared externally.
- Serves as a technical project lead to oversee, track, and prioritize case-related data through various SEC vendor systems, including scanning, forensic analysis, data processing, e-production, and system administration.
