Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of commercial litigation, including discovery responses, legal briefing, witness coordination, and settlement negotiations.
- Advise on legal requests involving customer data, ensuring compliance with privacy laws and representing matters in civil or criminal proceedings when required.
- Identify and resolve potential disputes early, offering risk mitigation strategies that align with business goals.
- Enhance the eDiscovery process using automation and artificial intelligence, establishing reliable protocols and managing data from modern communication platforms.
- Improve legal workflows by identifying systemic risks and implementing scalable, technology-based solutions to increase efficiency.
- Track developments in litigation practices and deliver practical legal insights to internal teams.
- Promote and embody core cultural values—customer focus, long-term thinking, inclusivity, growth mindset, and teamwork—across global operations.
