Responsibilities
- Transcribe spoken Lithuanian audio into accurate written text
- Review existing transcriptions for spelling and grammatical correctness
- Ensure punctuation follows standard conventions
- Follow provided transcription guidelines consistently
- Identify and flag non-compliant or low-quality submissions
- Maintain confidentiality of all audio content
- Report technical or policy-related issues promptly
- Adhere to data privacy and security protocols
- Meet accuracy benchmarks set by the quality team
- Work within designated turnaround times
- Distinguish between homophones and context-specific terms
- Preserve speaker intent without editorializing
- Handle diverse accents and speech patterns in Lithuanian
- Transcribe content across various topics and domains
- Use transcription tools and interfaces efficiently
- Participate in calibration exercises when required
- Respond to feedback for performance improvement
- Maintain consistent quality across high-volume tasks
- Identify speaker changes where applicable
- Note non-verbal audio cues as specified
- Avoid adding or omitting content unintentionally
- Follow instructions for handling sensitive content
- Complete assigned tasks within set deadlines
