Responsibilities
- Recruit, inspire, and guide engineers to consistently deliver robust and reliable software solutions
- Define team objectives, manage task prioritization, and track key indicators of team performance and well-being
- Optimize individual contributions while fostering professional development and advancement
- Align with project managers, hardware engineering, quality assurance, and certification leads
- Oversee initiatives from initiation through completion, including post-project reviews and issue escalation management
- Engage with OEMs, ODMs, SiPs, and IHVs to identify, clarify, and solve complex technical issues
- Evaluate and prioritize customer-driven requirements across global markets
- Work closely with engineering groups in Desktop, Foundations, Kernel, and Security domains
- Establish and promote best practices, tools, methodologies, and technical standards
- Available for regular travel to EU, USA, China, and Taiwan
