Responsibilities
- Identify potential leads by researching companies and decision-makers for outreach campaigns on behalf of clients
- Evaluate websites to determine if they align with client criteria and campaign goals
- Integrate new websites into active outreach workflows
- Load collected contact and campaign data into email distribution systems
- Record research findings and contact details in Google Sheets
- Ensure all data files remain current and error-free
- Manage incoming email correspondence and update spreadsheets accordingly
- Refresh performance metrics in the client dashboard on a daily or weekly schedule
