Responsibilities
- Operate secondary binding, finishing, and packaging machinery outside primary production lines.
- Prepare and calibrate equipment for scheduled production tasks.
- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and upkeep to maintain machine efficiency.
- Identify operational issues, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate maintenance needs when necessary.
- May assign tasks to team members and assist in onboarding or training new staff.
Benefits
- Minimum starting pay of $22.50 per hour, inclusive of shift differential.
- Additional $2.00 per hour premium for second shift hours.
- Occasional overtime work may be required, including on weekends.
