Responsibilities
- Operate secondary binding, finishing, and packaging machinery outside the main production line
- Prepare and calibrate equipment for scheduled manufacturing operations
- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and upkeep to support reliable machine performance
- Identify operational problems and initiate maintenance requests when required
- Possibly assign tasks to team members and assist in onboarding and training new hires
