Responsibilities
- Operate auxiliary and offline binding, finishing, and packaging machinery
- Prepare and adjust equipment for production tasks
- Perform routine cleaning and lubrication to support machine performance
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and request maintenance support when necessary
- Coordinate crew assignments as needed
- Train and mentor new and current staff on policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance team productivity
