Responsibilities
- Own the full customer lifecycle — from signup to repeat purchase and advocacy.
- Act as the connective tissue of the community, helping mentors and mentees stay engaged while surfacing and amplifying their stories.
- Build, test, and ship initiatives with no team management or delegation of strategy.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in growth, lifecycle, or retention marketing at a startup or marketplace
- Hands-on builder — you execute, not delegate
- Technically competent with analytics tools and dashboarding
Nice to Have
- Experience in e-commerce, education/info products, or community-driven businesses is a plus
- Operator mindset — you move fast, handle ambiguity, and deliver results
