About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist clients in evaluating life insurance needs based on personal and financial situations
- Explain policy options, coverage levels, and underwriting requirements in clear terms
- Conduct remote consultations via phone or video conferencing
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on policy applications
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to resolve application issues
- Stay current on product updates and regulatory changes in the insurance industry
- Support clients through the entire life insurance process from inquiry to policy issuance
- Identify client life events that may impact coverage needs
- Provide guidance on premium payments and policy maintenance
- Respond promptly to client questions and concerns
- Ensure compliance with state-specific insurance regulations
- Coordinate with third-party administrators when necessary
- Educate clients on the differences between term and permanent life insurance
- Help clients understand beneficiary designations and payout options
- Assist with updating policies after major life changes
- Monitor client portfolios for potential gaps in coverage
- Use CRM tools to track client interactions and outcomes
- Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
