Responsibilities

- Prepare customized benefit recommendations for individuals and families
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Follow up with clients during application and underwriting stages
- Address questions about policy terms, claims processes, and beneficiary designations
- Stay current on product updates, regulations, and industry trends
- Coordinate with underwriters and claims departments as needed
- Ensure compliance with state licensing and ethical standards
- Participate in training sessions on new insurance offerings
- Support enrollment campaigns and community outreach events
- Meet performance goals related to client engagement and policy placement
- Use CRM tools to track client interactions and follow-ups
- Provide educational materials to help clients make informed decisions
