Trace3 is hiring a Life Cycle Services Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute Cisco renewal opportunities for assigned commercial and enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate proactively with Cisco support teams to generate accurate renewal quotes using CCW-R.
  • Ensure CRM data is current and precise for all renewal opportunities, pipeline projections, and client details.
  • Deliver compliant renewal quotes to clients in line with partner program guidelines and within defined service level agreements.
  • Coordinate regularly with internal teams to share updates on pending renewals and active opportunities.
  • Identify and promote multi-year or co-term renewal options to expand client commitments and increase value.
  • Process client renewal requests efficiently, simplifying contract structures where possible.
  • Coordinate post-renewal actions and data updates with relevant internal teams.
  • Support clients throughout the lifecycle of their renewal term.
  • Partner with leadership to report workflow challenges and recommend process improvements.
  • Advocate for standardized best practices, policies, and operational procedures.
  • Stay current with Cisco’s renewal offerings and service tier variations.
  • Collaborate across departments including Account Teams, Customer Success, and internal support functions to enhance client outcomes and growth.
  • Complete Cisco training modules when time allows.
  • Participate in company-wide initiatives as directed by management.
