Responsibilities

- Resolve discrepancies in benefit elections and payroll deductions
- Generate reports on life insurance participation and coverage levels
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory standards
- Update beneficiaries and coverage changes in benefit platforms

- Track and log all client communications and service requests
- Escalate complex cases to senior benefits advisors when needed

- Assist in onboarding new employees to benefits programs
