HireHawk is hiring a Lien Negotiator (LATAM)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve liens across various jurisdictions in Latin America.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation for lien resolution.
  • Negotiate with lienholders to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lien negotiations and resolutions.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of lien negotiations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with lien negotiations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve lien resolution processes.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel to address complex legal issues.
  • Ensure that all lien resolutions are in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development of training materials for team members.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to address lien-related issues.
  • Conduct research on local regulations and industry trends.
  • Prepare and submit reports on lien negotiation activities.
  • Attend meetings and conferences related to lien resolution.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.
  • Ensure that all negotiations are conducted in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
