Responsibilities
- Carry out provider credentialing procedures, from initiating profiles to monitoring progress and ensuring on-time activation
- Gather, assess, and verify provider documents for completeness, correctness, and alignment with internal policies
- Keep provider records current across credentialing platforms, Airtable, and internal systems, ensuring data accuracy
- Track provider license expiration dates and renewal schedules, following up proactively to maintain active status
- Assist in managing Nurse Practitioner collaboration agreements, ensuring compliance with state regulations and internal guidelines
- Support re-credentialing efforts, including provider outreach, progress tracking, and document handling
- Handle incoming inquiries and requests through credentialing and licensing support channels
- Aid in provider offboarding tasks, such as recording license deactivations and updating relevant databases
- Contribute to broader compliance initiatives, including recordkeeping, tracking, and audit readiness
- Identify inefficiencies in credentialing and licensing processes and recommend operational improvements
